What is a “machine”?
A small computer of your own that runs in the cloud and does small jobs for you. You give it a task and it works on it, saves the result, and you can check in whenever.
Am I charged today?
No. Today is $0.00. We only check the card is real. The first charge is 14 days from now, and we send an email a week before.
How do I cancel?
Open Account and press Cancel. Or click the cancel link in any email from us. Cancelling before the charge date means no charge is made.
What are “credits”?
Credits are the fuel your machine uses when it works. A quick question uses a handful; a bigger job uses a hundred or so. Your plan refills them every month, and you can add more any time. The trial comes with 1,000 to start.
