What is a credit?
The fuel your machine uses when it works. A quick question uses a handful, a proper job uses about a hundred. You never need to count them: your plan refills them every month, and if you run low we tell you once and offer to add more.
What happens when I run out?
Your machine keeps everything it was doing and asks you, in one line, whether to add more. Tap once and it picks up where it left off. If auto-refill is on, it tops itself up and just keeps going.
How does auto-refill work?
You choose it at signup or in your account. When credits run low, we add a 10,000-credit pack ($19.95) and email you a receipt. You set how often that can happen each month; once is the default. Turn it off any time.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Moving up applies right away and the extra credits land immediately. Moving down takes effect on your next billing date so nothing you are running gets cut off.
What if the card fails?
The machine stops. Files, memory, and standing orders stay intact and nothing is deleted while the subscription exists. Updating the card restarts the machine where it left off, and held jobs resume in order.
How is a plan cancelled?
One click in the account, or the link at the bottom of any email. The machine keeps running through the period already paid for. There is no phone call, no retention offer to sit through, and no separate cancellation form.
Are there refunds when a job fails?
When a job fails because of a fault on our side — an outage, a machine that did not start, a missed schedule — the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. A job that runs correctly and returns an answer you did not want is not a fault, and is not refunded. Whole-month refunds are handled case by case within the first billing period.
What happens to the data after cancellation?
The machine keeps running until the end of the paid period, then enters a 30-day retention window where it is stopped but intact and can be restarted by resubscribing. At the end of that window the container, its disk, its database, and its subdomain are destroyed. A full export of files and job history can be downloaded at any point up to destruction, and the destroyed machine is never reassigned to another customer.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refill fresh each month, so no. Credits you buy as packs are different: they stay on your account as long as you are subscribed.
